Our Quality policy is designed to provide value addition to our client following high quality standards. Rex Global Consultants is committed to follow best practices prevailing in industry to satisfy client and remain competitive in Consulting sector. Overall responsibility for quality assurance shall be provided by each and every team member. Management quality is responsibility of another Manager. Project Director shall be responsible for quality management of each individual project. Objectives and targets are focused and actual needs of clients are kept on top priority. The PMO at Rex Global Consultants is experienced enough to apply PMI and AGILE methodologies in managing projects, change management and ensuring on time deliveries. Key policy measures are
